6. Video footage from our security cameras in our physical centres

We collect your Personal Data through mobile messaging applications, email, phone conversations, face-to-face conversations or through our security cameras.

Why do we collect your Personal Data?

1. To communicate with parents and students.

2. To track progress of students.

3. To design our material (e.g. using examination performance to tailor our material).

4. To send parents and students information about any new services.

5. For security purposes (video footage from security cameras).

6. For delivery of worksheets (when necessary).

7. To comply with any laws that we are subject to.

Where will your Personal Data be stored?

Your Personal Data will be stored on data storage facilities provided by reputable third party service providers (e.g. Google Drive). These data storage facilities may be based outside Singapore. We will make reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorized access to your Personal Data. We will retain the Personal Data in accordance with our legal and business obligations.

Who will have access to your Personal Data?

1. Partners and employees of Articulate Ink.

2. Third party service providers providing data storage facilities (e.g. Google Drive)

3. Any other person to whom disclosure is required under law.

What can you do if you want to withdraw your consent or amend your Personal Data?

• If you wish to withdraw your consent to our usage of your Personal Data, please send an email to our Personal Data Protection Officer at the email address set out below. Please note that we may not be able to provide you with our services after such withdrawal.

• If you wish to view a copy of your Personal Data or amend any inaccurate Personal Data, please also send an email to our Personal Data Protection Officer.

• Please note that we may not be able to comply with certain requests if we are not allowed to do so under law.

Will there be changes to this Privacy Policy?

We may update this policy if there are changes to our services or if required under law. All changes will be reflected on this page.
